Islamabad, June 05, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Election Commission of Pakistan has notified the Schedule to a vacant seat reserved for women in the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab due to non-availability of the priority list of candidates of Pakistan Muslim League (Z) and in connection therewith appointed the following dates for determination of qualification of prospective candidates:

Mr. Mehboob Anwar, Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore has been appointed as Returning Officer for receiving Nomination Papers for the purpose of determining the qualification of prospective candidates for the seats reserved for women in the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, still vacant due to non submission of priority lists by Pakistan Muslim League (Z) at the time filing of Nominations for the purpose, pursuant to Election Programme issued on 22-3-2013.
