Election Preparations Progress Smoothly in AJK

Islamabad: In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, preparations for transparent and peaceful general elections are underway. The polling process for government employees assigned election duties during the general elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir was successfully completed today. In contrast to the 60 percent voter turnout recorded in the previous elections, more than 80 percent turnout was recorded this year.

According to Radio Pakistan, the successful completion of the first phase of the electoral process is a positive development towards holding organized, transparent, and peaceful general elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Experts stated that the spectacular turnout of over eighty percent in the voting of government employees reflects trust and full participation in the electoral process.
