Emissions Monitoring Campaign Continuing Across Islamabad

Islamabad: Emissions monitoring campaign is continuing across Islamabad Capital Territory.

According to Radio Pakistan, the campaign is aimed at addressing the looming threat of smog and vehicular pollution in the Federal Capital.

Sharing details, he said 50 vehicles were inspected and 13 out of them were fined for non-compliance, 17 were issued warning notices, while 20 vehicles were found compliant with prescribed standards. The Spokesperson expressed government’s unwavering commitment to reducing air pollution and protecting public health.
