Empowering Youth Govt’s Top Priority: Mashhood

Islamabad: Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has said empowering the youth is the government’s top priority. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad today in connection with the launch of Prime Minister Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme performance report, he said initiatives such as laptops, scholarships, soft loans, and technical education are designed to equip young people with skills and sustainable opportunities.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme is structured around the four Es: Education, Employment, Engagement, and Environment. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan also referred to education reforms, including Daanish Schools, noting that such initiatives have transformed millions of lives.

He further mentioned that the government is advancing the Digital Pakistan vision by promoting a cashless economy and expanding digital accounts for overseas Pakistanis, particularly low-income workers in Gulf countries.
