Karachi: GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that Extraordinary general meeting of the company shall be held on November 30, 2015 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will be to consider and if thought fit to pass with or without modification special resolutions for the demerger of the business comprising all assets, rights, liabilities, quotas and obligations of the consumer healthcare business consumer healthcare business of GSK Pakistan with and into GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited GSK CHC in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement for de-merger as approved by the Board of Directors of GSK Pakistan on Tuesday August 25, 2015.
Further, the closed period of the company is from November 23, 2015 to November 30, 2015.
