Extraordinary general meeting of Highnoon Laboratories Limited to be held on February 16, 2017

Karachi, Highnoon Laboratories Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on February 16, 2017 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on April 21, 2016. Further, the closed period of the company is from February 09, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive). Highnoon Laboratories Limited was incorporated in March 1984 as a Private Limited Company in the historical and cultural city of Lahore, Pakistan. It became Public Limited Company in 1995 and the shares of the Company are listed on all the stock exchanges of Pakistan. Right from its inception, alliance with some of the best-known research houses of the global pharmaceutical industry were forged by Highnoon. These alliances coupled with aggressive yet ethical marketing activities enabled Highnoon to become the first pharmaceutical Company of Pakistan origin to be in the top twenty league of Pakistan pharmaceutical industry.
