Extraordinary General Meeting of Pace Pakistan Limited to be held on April 30, 2014

Karachi: Pace Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the extraordinary general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on April 30, 2014 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of annual general meeting held on October 29, 2013 and election of the directors for the forthcoming period ending three years from the appointment date.

Further, the closed period of the company is from April 23, 2014 and April 30, 2014 both days inclusive.
