Extraordinary General meeting of Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited to be held on April 30, 2014

Karachi: Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited has informed Karachi Stock Exchange that Extraordinary General Meeting of the bank will be held on April 30, 2014 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming minutes of annual general meeting held on March 28, 2014, and to declare interim dividend on the basis of Directors’ recommendation as given in 47th Board of Directors’ meeting.

Further, the closed period of the company is from April 16, 2014 to April 30, 2014 both days inclusive.
