Facilitating Passengers at Airports Govt’s Top Priority: Naqvi

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, visited Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore today and conducted a detailed review of the immigration process for outbound passengers. On the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi stated that safeguarding Pakistan’s dignity and facilitating passengers are top priorities of the government.

According to Radio Pakistan, Naqvi emphasized that no traveller would be prevented from traveling abroad without valid reasons. He stressed that professional beggars and individuals with incomplete travel documents cannot be allowed to travel overseas, asserting that those who bring disrepute to Pakistan deserve strict action.

The interior minister also issued directives to further improve the immigration system, aiming to make it more effective, transparent, and passenger-friendly.
