Srinagar: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has strongly criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing it of exacerbating communal divisions among Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians, thereby threatening the unity and integrity of India. His remarks come in response to questions about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s comments on dynastic politics.

According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking with reporters in Srinagar, Abdullah refuted the prime minister’s claims about dynastic politics in Jammu and Kashmir, questioning the BJP’s past alliance with other political figures in the region, such as Mufti Syeed and Mehbooba Mufti, whom he also labeled as part of the problem. He argued that while the BJP claims to strengthen India, it is, in reality, solidifying its power through deceptive practices.
