Fauji Fertilizer Company Announces 227th Board Meeting Schedule

Rawalpindi: Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) will convene its 227th Board of Directors meeting on September 10, 2024, in Rawalpindi to discuss matters excluding financial results.

The meeting is slated to address significant agenda items, although specific details of the discussions remain under wraps until disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the FFC has announced a “Closed Period” from September 5, 2024, to the date of the meeting, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares.

This measure follows the PSX Rule Book’s Clause 5.6.4, emphasizing the stringent compliance FFC adheres to in regulating insider information and trading activities. Additionally, FFC has issued instructions to inform all Trading Right Entitlement (TRE) Certificate holders of the exchange about the upcoming board meeting and the associated closed period.
