Lahore: Federal Minister for Industries Rana Tanveer Hussain has called for a significant push towards adopting solar energy and electric vehicles in Pakistan to provide relief to the populace and reduce the country’s import dependency.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, speaking at an event in Lahore, Minister Hussain announced that the government will introduce a new policy next month aimed at boosting the electric vehicle market in response to their rising demand.
