Karachi: Feroze1888 Mills Limited has officially rescheduled its upcoming Board of Directors meeting to review the company’s quarterly financial results. Originally planned for October 29, 2024, at 10:30 AM, the meeting will now take place at the same time on October 29, 2024, but at 4:00 PM.
The Karachi-based textile giant, which is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, was set to deliberate on the accounts for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, and possibly announce entitlements. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the delay comes during a “Closed Period” set by the company from October 20 to October 29, as stipulated under PSX regulations. During this time, directors, CEOs, or any executives are restricted from buying or selling company shares.
Feroze1888 has advised TRE Certificate Holders and other stakeholders to adjust their schedules accordingly in light of the rescheduled board meeting. This move ensures compliance with market regulations and corporate governance standards.
