Islamabad: In a solemn tribute to the fallen heroes of Pakistan on Defence Day, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb visited the residence of Shaheed Lance Naik Waqar Hussain Shah, commemorating the soldier’s ultimate sacrifice for the nation. The visit aimed to honor the bravery and dedication of Pakistan’s armed forces, reflecting the country’s profound respect and gratitude towards its martyrs and their families.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during his visit, the Finance Minister met with Sania Nazir, the widow of Shaheed Waqar, and their children. He offered condolences, acknowledging the nation’s immense pride in the valour and sacrifice of the fallen hero. The Minister’s interactions underscored the national solidarity with the families of those who have perished defending Pakistan.
