Karachi: First Imrooz Modaraba has scheduled a board meeting for October 23, 2024, to discuss the financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will convene at Beaumont Plaza in Karachi, as indicated by Muhammad Ali Baig, Chief Financial Officer of the management company A R Management Services (Private) Limited.

The board meeting aims to finalize the financial results for the recently concluded quarter and will be held at the Beaumont Plaza, Civil Lines Quarters, Karachi. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the management also declared a closed period from October 16 to October 23, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is allowed to trade the company’s certificates.

This decision is in compliance with Rule 5.6.4 of the PSX rule book, emphasizing transparency and fair trading practices during sensitive financial reporting periods. The company has informed TRE Certificate Holders and has posted this notice on the PSX web portal PUCARS to ensure all stakeholders are updated about the compliance measures and upcoming administrative activities.
