First Lady Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari Advocates for Collaborative Child Protection Efforts

Islamabad: First Lady Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari has called for joint efforts by all stakeholders to ensure the protection of children as a shared national responsibility. In a statement on child protection, she emphasized that protecting children is the strongest investment in Pakistan’s future.

According to Radio Pakistan, the First Lady highlighted the importance of listening to children and ensuring their voices guide the policies that affect their lives. She underscored that protecting childhood is a matter of rights and justice, not charity.

Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari also stressed the need to strengthen the child protection system. She called for enhanced measures in prevention, reporting, investigation, rehabilitation, and justice, urging for swift and sensitive institutional responses to safeguard children effectively.
