First Punjab Modaraba’s 110th meeting of board of directors

Karachi, January 16, 2013 (PPI-OT): We write to inform that 110th meeting of the Board of Directors to consider quarterly unaudited accounts for the period ended September 30, 2012, is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 3.00 pm at 233-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The Closed Period determined by the Modaraba as required under clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be 15-91-2013 to 21-01-2013 (both days inclusive)
