Five Bills Laid Before National Assembly

Islamabad: The National Assembly resumed its session at the Parliament House in Islamabad today with Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair. Five bills were laid before the House during this session.

According to Radio Pakistan, the bills introduced included the Zakat and Ushr Amendment Bill, 2025, the Islamabad Capital Territory Dowry Restraint Bill, the Islamabad Animal Protection Bill, the National Commission on the Rights of Child Amendment Bill, and the Capital Development Authority Amendment Bill.

The session concluded with the House being adjourned to meet again tomorrow at two pm.
