FM Discusses Bilateral Ties with Qatari and Saudi Counterparts in Davos

Davos: Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb met with his Qatari counterpart Ali Ahmed Al Kuwari in Davos today. During the meeting, the Finance Minister briefed his Qatari counterpart on Pakistan’s recent economic progress and improved international financial ratings. Both leaders discussed avenues for enhancing economic and investment cooperation between the two nations.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Finance Minister also met with his Saudi counterpart, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, to discuss regional economic developments and bilateral cooperation. Meanwhile, at the Pakistan Pavilion luncheon hosted by the Pathfinder Group, themed “Investment in Pakistan,” the Finance Minister outlined significant steps taken by the government to improve Pakistan’s macroeconomic stability. He emphasized the country’s growing potential for investment.

Managing Director of the World Economic Forum, Olivier Schwab, was also among the speakers at the event.
