Karachi: The Ministry of National Food Security and Research has entered into an agreement with the HEJ International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences at the University of Karachi to enhance agricultural yield and ensure seed quality. Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain attended the signing ceremony.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the agreement will allow HEJ to provide commercial testing facilities for pesticide ingredients and related analysis. During the event, Minister Hussain highlighted the importance of researching seed quality and standards to address the issue of poor-quality seed production.
