Freelancing IT Hub Established in Remote Area of Shigar

Shigar: A Freelancing IT Hub has been established in the remote area of Alchori in District Shigar. The establishment of a freelancing IT Hub in a remote area like Alchori is a significant achievement. The youth can now utilize this facility to create job opportunities for themselves and their families.

According to Radio Pakistan, this initiative is part of the Special Communications Organization (SCO) Vision 2025, aimed at bringing a digital revolution to Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Under this vision, a major project is underway to provide internet connectivity to remote areas of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, with sixty-eight small and large IT centers already established.
