Funeral Prayer for Martyred Captain Held in Lahore

Lahore: The funeral prayer for Captain Muhammad Zohaib Ud Din, who lost his life during an intelligence-based operation in the Shagai area of Khyber District, was conducted in Lahore. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Corp Commander Lahore Lieutenant General Syed Aamer Raza, and other senior civil and military officials.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with the family of Captain Zohaib Ud Din to offer his condolences. During the gathering, the Prime Minister honored the martyred captain’s courageous efforts against the Khwarij, acknowledging the nation’s pride in his sacrifice.

Captain Muhammad Zohaib Ud Din was martyred on November 30th, 2024. The operation in which he was involved resulted in the deaths of three Khwarij members and the apprehension of two others.
