Islamabad: Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Amjad Hussain has directed the immediate restoration of all flood- and rain-affected roads in the region.
According to Radio Pakistan, he also directed the authorities to restore communication links across the region, including the Jaglot-Skardu Road. Meanwhile, the National Highways Authority and the Gilgit-Baltistan Disaster Management Authority are carrying out restoration work at Haramosh and other affected areas.
