Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has expressed the government’s determination to fast-track the completion of an IT Park in Islamabad. Chairing a meeting in the city, he emphasized the necessity of implementing parallel development strategies to ensure the project progresses swiftly, laying the groundwork for a sustainable digital economy in Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the IT Park is being developed on a substantial area of 66,893 square meters in Islamabad. This cutting-edge facility is designed to provide comprehensive support to IT companies and startups, fostering innovation and enabling Pakistan to compete in the global IT sector.
