Government Committed to Eradicating Terrorism, Asserts NA Speaker

Gujranwala: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, emphasized that the entire nation stands united against terrorism, and the government is resolute in its efforts to eliminate this threat from the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a conversation with journalists in Gujranwala, Sadiq remarked that anti-state elements are unable to accept the country’s economic growth. He expressed concern over the negative portrayal of terrorism incidents on social media platforms.

Sadiq highlighted that, due to the government’s strategic policies, there has been a reduction in both the monetary policy rate and inflation, contributing to a strengthening economy. He also noted that significant strides were made in eradicating terrorism during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure.
