Government Cuts Petroleum Prices Significantly

Islamabad: The government has reduced the prices of petroleum products for a week starting from today.

According to Radio Pakistan, a press release issued by the Ministry of Energy announced a reduction in the price of petrol by 74.28 rupees per litre. Consequently, the new price of petrol is set at 299.50 rupees per litre.

Furthermore, the price of High Speed Diesel has been decreased by 67.31 rupees per litre, bringing the new price of diesel to 311.47 rupees per litre.
