Government Delegation Departs for Garhi Khuda Bakhsh to Honor Benazir Bhutto

Islamabad: On the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, a high-level government delegation has left for Garhi Khuda Bakhsh to attend the central ceremony marking the death anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.

According to Radio Pakistan, the delegation includes Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah, and Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. The government delegation will pay rich tribute to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto’s national services, her role in strengthening democracy, upholding the supremacy of the Constitution, and her struggle for the rights of the people.

The delegation will also hold meetings with the central leadership, party workers, and supporters of the Pakistan People’s Party. The vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, her commitment to democratic values, and her agenda for public welfare will be highlighted on the occasion. The delegation will also participate in a special prayer ceremony.

A large number of political and social personalities, elected representatives, party leaders, and workers are expected to attend the event.
