Peshawar: The Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Program, Senator Rubina Khalid, has reiterated the government’s commitment to assisting the country’s most vulnerable populations. In a recent news conference, she announced initiatives aimed at empowering women through skill development.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Senator Khalid introduced the ‘Benazir Hunarmand Program.’ This initiative aims to provide skills training to women, enabling them to play a vital role in national development efforts.

Senator Khalid emphasized the significant reach of the Benazir Income Support Program, noting that ten million families currently benefit from its financial assistance. She affirmed the government’s ongoing dedication to serving those in need.
