Governor KP Invites Chinese Investors to Mines and Minerals Sector

Jhelum: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has stressed the need for enhancing bilateral ties with China in diverse sectors. Talking to a delegation of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in Islamabad today, he said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa consists of tremendous mineral resources and there is a dire need for the exploration of these resources for national development.

According to Radio Pakistan, Faisal Karim Kundi said the government welcomes foreign investment, particularly from the friendly country China, in various fields. He emphasized that investment in the mines and minerals sector could play a vital role in strengthening the provincial economy.

The Chinese delegation expressed its willingness in the mines and mineral sector to contribute to economic growth and create new employment opportunities in the province.
