Govt Committed to Provide Conducive Environment for Investment in Automobile Sector

Islamabad: Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has assured that the government is committed to providing a conducive environment for investment in the automobile sector. During a meeting with representatives of Japanese companies in Islamabad today, he urged the automobile industry to actively work on increasing exports and improving product quality to remain competitive in international markets.

According to Radio Pakistan, Rana Tanveer Hussain stated that incentives and concessions for industries will now be linked to their export volumes. This move is aimed at ensuring that companies contributing significantly to the national economy receive greater benefits. The minister emphasized the importance of enhancing export volumes as a key factor for industries to gain more incentives, underlining the government’s dedication to fostering an investment-friendly climate in the country.
