Govt Continuing Action Against Power Pilferage

Islamabad: Relevant government departments are continuing their action against power pilferage. Over the past week, over seven hundred and forty million rupees were recovered and one hundred and forty-five electricity thieves were arrested across the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the ongoing efforts by the authorities have resulted in significant recoveries and arrests, highlighting the government’s commitment to tackling the issue of electricity theft. This initiative aims to ensure the stability and efficiency of the country’s power supply system by addressing illegal activities that undermine its integrity.
