Govt Efforts to Mitigate Impact of Energy Price Surge: Sanaullah

Islamabad: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political and Public Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, has announced that the government is actively working to provide relief to the public amidst rising international energy prices. Sanaullah emphasized the importance of targeted subsidies as a strategic response to the global economic challenge.

According to Radio Pakistan, Sanaullah addressed the nation through a televised message, clarifying that the government has no involvement in the international conflict affecting petroleum prices. He reassured citizens that Pakistan is committed to promoting peace in the region, despite the challenges posed by external factors.

Sanaullah also criticized certain factions for spreading misinformation for political gains. He urged the nation to unite in facing the current economic crisis, expressing his belief in the resilience of the Pakistani people to navigate through these turbulent times successfully.
