Govt Implements Reforms to Improve Food, Agriculture Governance

Islamabad: The Ministry of National Food Security and Research has begun implementing comprehensive reforms to make food and agricultural governance more transparent, digital, and publicly accountable.

According to Radio Pakistan, the reforms aim to reduce opportunities for corruption, limit discretionary powers, and strengthen the import and export system. The Ministry has fully automated 22 out of 31 registrations, licenses, certificates, and permits.
