Govt Reaffirms Support for Flood-Affected Communities

Islamabad: The government has reiterated its commitment to aiding flood-affected communities, ensuring both immediate relief and long-term rehabilitation. Officials have emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts between the Federal Government and provincial authorities to restore essential infrastructure.

According to Radio Pakistan, a government representative speaking on a private news channel highlighted the ongoing efforts to provide relief. The Federal Government is committed to working closely with the provinces to rebuild vital infrastructure and support the affected populations. To date, two hundred and fifty thousand tons of essential food items and medicines have been delivered to the people in the impacted regions.
