Govt Reduces Petroleum Prices for Next Fortnight

Islamabad: The Government has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products, with the petrol price decreasing by five rupees and sixty-six paisas per liter for the upcoming fortnight.

According to Radio Pakistan, a notification issued by the Finance Division states that petrol will now be priced at two hundred and sixty-three rupees and two paisas per litre.

The price of high-speed diesel has also been reduced by one rupee and thirty-nine paisas, bringing it down to two hundred seventy-five rupees and forty-one paisa per litre. Similarly, the price of superior kerosene oil has been decreased by three rupees and twenty-six paisas, while light diesel oil sees a reduction of two rupees and seventy-four paisas per litre.
