Govt Sets 25% Quota for Women in Youth Loans: Mashhood

Karachi: Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmed, has reiterated the government’s commitment to women’s empowerment. Addressing a ceremony in Karachi today, he announced the government’s decision to allocate a minimum quota of twenty-five percent for women in the Prime Minister’s Youth loans. This initiative aims to support women in starting their businesses and becoming self-reliant.

According to Radio Pakistan, Rana Mashhood emphasized the importance of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme in providing various opportunities for young people. He highlighted how these initiatives are designed to help individuals enhance their skills and contribute positively to the economy, underlining the government’s dedication to fostering an inclusive and progressive environment for youth development.
