Govt Strengthening Cooperation with Azerbaijan in Energy Sector: Ali Pervaiz

Baku: Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik has stated that the government is strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan in the energy sector. Speaking with his Azeri counterpart Parviz Shahbazov in Baku, he highlighted the importance of the Baku Energy Forum as a platform for global energy cooperation.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister praised the support of brotherly countries in enhancing Pakistan’s energy sectors. Earlier, Ali Pervaiz Malik met with Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan. The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the energy sector and exploring new opportunities in the oil and gas industry.

Ali Pervaiz Malik emphasized the government’s commitment to building strong partnerships with global energy companies such as SOCAR. He expressed a commitment to strengthening friendship with Azerbaijan through investment and joint ventures.
