Govt Targets $1 Trillion Economy by 2035: Ahsan Iqbal

Lahore: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal announced that the government is actively working towards an agenda centered on sustainable economic progress.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a ceremony in Lahore, Ahsan Iqbal highlighted that the government aims to elevate Pakistan’s economy to the $1 trillion mark by 2035. He emphasized that the development strategy focuses on transforming economic growth through increased exports.

Ahsan Iqbal also mentioned that efforts are being made to rebuild public trust in governance by promoting a bureaucracy that is stable, transparent, agile, and responsible.
