Govt Unveils Reforms to Boost Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries

Lahore: Minister for National Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain announced a comprehensive reforms package aimed at transforming the agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors. The announcement was made during a consultative meeting held in Lahore, emphasizing the goal of these reforms to generate substantial foreign exchange for the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, Rana Tanveer Hussain praised the progress made by Punjab in the agriculture and livestock sectors. He attributed these advancements to the farmer-friendly reforms spearheaded by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The minister highlighted the importance of these reforms in enhancing the productivity and international competitiveness of these critical sectors.
