Grand Jirga Members Pledge Efforts for Peaceful Resolution of Kurram Issue.

Peshawar: A meeting of the members of the Grand Jirga on the Kurram issue was held with Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in Peshawar on Monday. The meeting discussed the initiation of formal negotiations to resolve the Kurram issue.

According to Radio Pakistan, the grand Jirga members assured to make all possible efforts for the peaceful resolution of the issue and provide full cooperation to the provincial government in this regard. They appreciated the efforts of the Chief Minister to resolve the Kurram issue peacefully through the Jirga.

Ali Amin Gandapur thanked the Jirga members for extending their support to the provincial government to resolve the matter.
