Grays Leasing Limited Schedules Board Meeting for Quarterly Accounts Review

Karachi: Grays Leasing Limited has announced that a board meeting will be held on October 28, 2024, to review and approve the quarterly accounts for the period ended September 30, 2024. The meeting will take place at Lahore.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Grays Leasing has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 21 to October 28, 2024. During this period, directors, executives, and the CEO are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares in any manner. This announcement is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX regulations to ensure transparency and compliance in financial matters.

Stakeholders have been notified of the upcoming meeting and the closed period, in line with the company’s commitment to regulatory adherence and accurate disclosure.
