Greece Commends Pakistan’s Efforts in Enhancing Regional Peace

Islamabad:Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar met with George Gerapetritis, the Foreign Minister of Greece, during the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly.

According to Radio Pakistan, Foreign Minister Gerapetritis acknowledged Pakistan’s positive role in fostering regional peace and stability and highlighted its increasing diplomatic activities on the global stage.

Both parties expressed their dedication to strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Greece. They emphasized the importance of expanding trade, investment, and business-to-business connections.

The Greek Foreign Minister also recognized the significant contributions of the Pakistani community in Greece. Additionally, they discussed regional and global issues, focusing on energy supply chain disruptions, and stressed the necessity of maintaining unobstructed maritime movement.
