Gwadar Students Explore Container Library, Learn Environmental Responsibility

Gwadar: Students from the Government Girls Degree College embarked on an educational study tour of the Container Library under the direction of Principal Sabin Baloch. The tour included lessons on environmental responsibility, particularly focusing on marine conservation, alongside the promotion of reading among the students.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the visit to the Container Library offered students an opportunity to engage deeply with a variety of books, enhancing their understanding and appreciation for reading. The educational tour also emphasized the importance of environmental consciousness, with specific activities geared towards teaching the students about the significance of keeping beaches and water bodies free from plastic and other debris.

During the tour, students received practical advice on coastal cleaning and were encouraged to minimize plastic usage to protect the marine environment. This dual focus on literature and environmental care was highlighted as a crucial component of their intellectual and personal development.
