Health Sector Initiative: Delegation Briefs KP Governor on Global Health Welfare Project

Islamabad: A delegation of young professionals from the health sector led by Dr. Zarak Khan called on Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi in Islamabad. During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Governor about the launching of a project titled Global Health Welfare.

According to Radio Pakistan, under the initiative, screening camps for HIV, Hepatitis B, C, and diabetes will be set up in various parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Faisal Karim Kundi appreciated the project and said that encouraging youth remains one of his top priorities.

He emphasized that youth consultation and participation are vital for the country’s progress and assured the delegation of complete support for the initiative in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
