Heavy Rains & Flooding Kill 150 in KP: NDMA

According to Radio Pakistan, the torrential rains have also resulted in five fatalities in Gilgit and nine in Azad Kashmir.

Provincial Disaster Management Authorities, the Pakistan Army, district administration, Rescue 1122, and local volunteers are actively taking part in the relief operations in affected areas. The NDMA is continuously monitoring all ongoing relief efforts by relevant agencies. All institutions are ensuring preparedness to respond to any emergency situation.

Citizens are advised to remain cautious during rains and floods and to follow safety precautions.
