Karachi: Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited has announced that it will be publishing newspaper advertisements related to the ballot papers for special businesses at the company’s upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The advertisements will be published nationwide in English and Urdu dailies on October 19, 2024.
According to a letter dated October 18, 2024, addressed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited informed that the advertisements will appear in The Nation (English) and Nawa-e-Waqt* (Urdu), both on the same date. These publications will notify the general public and relevant stakeholders regarding the special business agenda items to be discussed at the 16th AGM of Hi-Tech Lubricants.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such announcements are part of the standard corporate governance practices followed by companies listed on the exchange, ensuring that stakeholders, including TRE certificate holders, are informed about upcoming developments and special business decisions.
The company requested that the Pakistan Stock Exchange inform all TRE Certificate Holders of the publication details, in compliance with regulatory requirements, as Hi-Tech Lubricants prepares for its AGM.
