Hot and Humid Weather Expected Across the Country with Isolated Rainfall in Lower Sindh

Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, widespread rain, wind, and thundershower with isolated heavyfalls are likely in lower Sindh. Partly cloudy weather with rain, wind, and thunderstorm is also expected at isolated places in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, North-East Punjab, and the Potohar region during the night.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning shows a range of conditions across the country. Islamabad recorded twenty-five degrees centigrade, Lahore twenty-nine, Karachi twenty-seven, and Peshawar twenty-eight. Quetta and Muzaffarabad stood at twenty-four, Gilgit at nineteen, and Murree at sixteen degrees centigrade.

In the region of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thundershower in Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Srinagar is expected to experience partly cloudy weather. This morning, the temperatures recorded were eighteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula, twenty-seven in Jammu, ten in Leh, and seventeen degrees centigrade in Anantnag and Shopian.
