Hot, Dry Weather Expected Across Country: PMD

Islamabad: Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, partly cloudy weather with isolated rain, wind, and thundershowers is likely in upper and central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Islamabad, Pothohar region, and lower Sindh.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning included Islamabad at twenty-one degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-nine, Karachi at twenty-eight, Peshawar at twenty-three, Quetta and Muzaffarabad at eighteen, Gilgit at fourteen, and Murree at sixteen degrees centigrade.

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy conditions in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while hot and dry weather is expected in Jammu. This morning, temperatures were recorded at thirteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Pulwama, twenty-six in Jammu, two in Leh, fourteen in Anantnag and Shopian, and seventeen degrees centigrade in Baramula.
