Iftikhar Gilani Takes Oath as AJK Prime Minister

Islamabad: Barrister Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani took oath as the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir at a ceremony held in Muzaffarabad today. Acting President of AJK Chaudhary Tariq Farooq administered the oath to the newly elected Prime Minister.

According to Radio Pakistan, the ceremony was attended by members of the Legislative Assembly, political leaders, senior government officials, secretaries, and members of the public.
