IHC Orders to Denotify Justice Tariq Mehmood as Judge

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has ordered the Ministry of Law to denotify Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri as a judge. A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan announced the verdict today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the court gave its decision on a petition which challenged the validity of the law degree and appointment of Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri as the judge.
